How to get more relevant Adsense Ads
On some of the forums I frequent, a question pops up regularly and I’ve never really seen an answer that I was comfortable with. The question usualy goes along the lines of…
‘My site is optimised for blue widgets, but Google keeps putting green and pink widget Adsense adverts up. Is there any way to get more relevant ads to the content of my site?’
This is a tip from a Matt Cutts (Google supremo) video I will post later (essential viewing) and should answer that question once and for all.
You can bracket the content that you want google to look at with:
<!– google_ad_section_start –>
PUT YOUR KEYWORD RICH CONTENT HERE
<!– google_ad_section_end –>
So google will then ignore the other stuff that isn’t relevant.
How good is that
