Easy Backlinks Experiment – Update 7
You will see from the results below that the test blog is still leaking links, in fact there is only three platforms that have any links left, two of them, Magic Article Submitter and Bookmarking Demon 5 are paid tools and the last, Free Traffic System is a freebie.
Bookmarking Demon 5 however seems to be bucking the trend slightly by getting two new links indexed.
There is still a month left to run on the experiment yet, so I don’t want to draw any conclusions, but it is starting to look as though Read the rest of this entry »
Easy Backlinks Experiment – Update 6
The Easy Backlinks Experiment results are a bit disappointing this week.
But on the bright side, I have added yet another tool to the mix. Who would have thought that there were so many free or low cost backlinking tools available.
This weeks new tool is called ‘Blast-o-matic’ and claims to get your link published on 12 million sites! Yes you read that right, 12 million.
From the main Blast-o-matic site; “By using Blast-O-Matic you will literally be creating millions of links pointing to your website – automatically! This can greatly help increase your site popularity and help you to get a much better ranking in the search engines. The more you use Blast-O-Matic, the more links pointing to your website are created!”
If the system is as good as they claim then it may be the best free tool ever!
However, (there always seems to be an ‘however’ doesn’t there?) after the Read the rest of this entry »
Easy Backlinks Experiment – Update 5
it’s gone a bit quiet on the test blog this week. There were a couple of minor changes with one of the programs adding one or two extra backlinks.
I have also added another tool to the mix.
I have been a subscriber to Traffic-Bug since the early days, stumbling across it during the 2009 Thirty Day Challenge.
But, because of the other tools I was using, such as Bookmarking Demon 5 etc, I sort of lost interest in it.
But the subscription was still there so I decided to see how it performs. I know that as an indexing tool it is excellent, but I’ve never tested to quality or quantity of the backlinks it produces.
I have added two pages to the test blog, one to test the traffic-bug submitter and the other to test the RSS submitter side of the program and have set the program onto aggressive, which essentially means that it will drop lots of backlinks in a short space of time.
Anyway, let’s have a look at the figures from last week. Read the rest of this entry »
Every 3 seconds, a lonely blog commits suicide
Okay, maybe that’s a slight exageration, but just look around, blogs are sloping off, into long forgotten, dark corners of the web and just fading out of existence at an astronomicalrate. Henceforth we can refer to these as Suicidal Blogs!
Why?
Well, lets’s face it, blog writers (me included) are fickle, all we care about is becoming popular (and rich
).
If the blog they write doesn’t reap traffic in the the way they expect it to, they tend to neglect it, sometimes to the point it can’t Read the rest of this entry »
Easy Backlinks Experiment – Update 4
The end of week three of the easy backlinks experiment is throwing up a couple of odd results.
But first I wanted to mention that I’ve added a new tool to the test. It’s called Quick Back Links Generator and it is available from BlackHatMoneyMaker.com
It’s another simple tool which just requires you to edit an included txt file by adding the URL of your site.
There are a lot of lines of text to edit, so use the ‘find and replace’ function of notepad. Then just load the file into the program and hit submit. It fires your links at each site on the list and takes around 2 seconds per link – so I suggest leaving it running overnight.
After the run completed it reported that I had 380 backlink submissions, so there are a LOT of failures. (But 380 successes!)
Ok. On to the results of the experiment, at the end of week 3 the table looks like this. Read the rest of this entry »
Easy Backlink Experiment – Update 3
Hi Guys, today is the end of week 2 of the experiment. Links are still coming back to the blog in dribs and drabs. I expect this to continue, particularly with the tools such as RSSBot and Backlinker Pro. That is why the experiment will run for 3 months. These figures do not include the result from Bookmarking Demon 5 as it has only been running for a couple of days (although it does have a link already). the first results for BMB 5 will be in next weeks update. So here are the results. Read the rest of this entry »
